Overseer & Apostle Dr. Martin
Apostle Dr. Carla Martin, Published Author founded SHABACH WORLD MINISTRY CHURCH, INC. in 2001 in Prince George's County, MD. God called her to Tampa, FL where Rivers of Life Ministry Church was birthed in 2011. Apostle married Overseer Christopher Martin in 2017 and they joined in ministry together.

Apostle operates in the Five-Fold Gifts. She flows in the Prophetic, a Prolific Teacher, and Healing & Deliverance Minister. Apostle completed her Doctorate degree in Theology, Masters Degree in Divinity in 2009. Upon completion of her degrees, the Lord impressed upon her to open SHABACH Bible Institute. SBI received its National Accreditation in 2010. Apostle Dr. Martin is a scribe of today and recently published her first book entitled, "So You Think You're Equally Yoked." She is a Wife, Mother, GlamMa, and Spiritual Mother. Most importantly, Apostle loves the Lord and God's people. Her favorite scripture is found in Jer. 31:3, "Long ago the Lord said, For I have Loved You with an Everlasting Love. With Unfailing Love I have drawn You to Myself."
